Creating a Campaign that Resonates

 

At Puzzle Fund, we're excited to help bring your vision to life. To ensure a smooth and successful fundraising experience, please follow these guidelines when submitting your project:


Project Details:

  • Title and Description: Provide a clear and compelling project name and description. Your title should be catchy but also informative. In the description, explain what your project is about, why it's important, and how the funds will be used.
  • Goal and Deadline: Set a realistic funding goal and a reasonable deadline for your campaign. Consider your network's size and reach when setting your goal.
  • Image Submission:
    • High-Quality Images: Upload a high-resolution image that represents your project. This could be a photo, a collage, or a piece of digital art.
    • Image Guidelines: Ensure your image adheres to our content standards. Avoid copyrighted material unless you have permission to use it.
  • Project Updates and Communication:
    • Updates: You're encouraged to post updates to keep your backers informed about your project's progress.
    • Response to Backers: Donors will receive a thank you email, but you are encouraged to engage with your backers outside of the platform as well, through email or social media, to show your appreciation. 
  • Legal and Ethical Compliance:
    • Permissions and Rights: Ensure you have the rights or permissions for any content you use, including images and text.
    • Adherence to Laws: Your project must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • KYC Requirement: To initiate a fund withdrawal, beneficiaries, or project creators who are also beneficiaries, must complete the KYC verification process via Stripe Connect. This process is vital to comply with financial regulations and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.
  • No Rewards, Pure Support:
    • Simplicity of Giving: We focus on the essence of support, without reward tiers or donor perks. This ensures a straightforward giving and receiving process.
  • Submission Review:
    • Approval Process: Once submitted, your project will be reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our guidelines and standards.
    • Notification: You will be notified once your project is approved and live on the platform.

By submitting a project to Puzzle Fund, you agree to abide by these guidelines and our platform's terms of service. We reserve the right to reject any project that doesn't meet these criteria or goes against the spirit of our community.
